Everything you need to know before you train at Kiatphontip — cost, visas, what to bring, and more.

Drop-in sessions start from ฿400 (or ฿700 for two sessions in a day). Our Full Package — training twice a day, an on-site room and two Thai meals — starts at ฿8,900 a week for a Standard room or ฿10,000 for Deluxe, with better rates the longer you stay. Training-only packages start at ฿4,000 a week or ฿12,000 a month. Prices are indicative, so please confirm current rates when you enquire.

For short visits many nationalities can enter visa-free or on a tourist visa — perfect for a training holiday of a few weeks. For longer stays there are longer-term options. Visa rules change, so always check official Thai immigration guidance or your nearest Thai embassy before you travel. We are happy to point you in the right direction.

Absolutely. Most of our visitors arrive having never thrown a kick. Our trainers teach the fundamentals patiently and properly, and the training scales to your level. You will be looked after from your very first session.

No — you will build fitness fast once you start. That said, the training is real and can be intense, so the fitter you arrive, the more you will get out of each session. Go at your own pace; the trainers will guide you.

Shorts, t-shirts, a water bottle and a positive attitude. Gloves, wraps and pads are available to borrow when you start, though many people like to buy their own Thai shorts and gloves locally — they are excellent and cheap in Thailand.

Yes. Our Train & Stay guests live at the camp in simple, clean rooms with two home-cooked Thai meals a day included. It is the easiest way to focus fully on training.

Yes — women train here regularly and are very welcome. Everyone trains together, beginners and fighters, men and women alike.

Two sessions a day, Monday to Saturday — roughly 07:00–09:00 in the morning and 15:30–18:00 in the afternoon. Train once or twice a day; it is up to you. Sunday is closed for rest.

We are at 6/1 Moo 2, Salathammasop, Thaweewatana, on the western edge of Bangkok near Mahidol University — quiet and green, around 20–30 minutes by car from central Bangkok and about 40 minutes from Don Mueang Airport. Full directions and a map are on our Contact page.
