Training
The training consists of two sessions a day

Morning:

10 kilometer run, followed by sprints
pad and bag work
Weights and strength exercises
Abdominal exercises
Warm down.

Afternoon:

4-5 kilometer run
5-6 rounds on pads with trainer
5-6 rounds on bags
45 minutes clinching
Weights and strength exercises
Abdominal exercises
Warm down

The afternoon workout will also involve some light technical sparring work with partner and for boxers with fight programme, boxing sparring.

The trainers are on hand to develop your skills and style and find out what works best for you and building on that. There are also opportunities for those that wish to compete at any level from the smaller up country venues, to the main stadiums in Bangkok.
