Petlamsin shines on big card
Petlamsin Kiatphontip got the chance to avenege an earlier loss to Ongri Sinbimuaythai, on a big Onesongchai promotions fight card at Ratchadamnern stadium on the 6th of June.
The first encounter saw Ongri take a points decision on one of Onesongchai promotions showcasing their young up and coming talent. This time with both fighters seen as stars of tomorrow, they got the chance to perform on a big fight card in front of a large crowd.
Ongri started as a firm favorite, with most of the press also not giving Petlamsin much of a chance of winning. Petlamsin looked confident right from the start though and started to pick Ongri off with some sharp long knees. As the fight progressed Petlamsin controlled the ring throughout, with more sharp knees, some sharp body kicks and dangerous elbows. By the final round Ongri needed at east a knockdown to win, but Petlamsin soaked up the pressure to take a clear points win.
