The gym is fully equipped with a 6 x 6 meter boxing ring, bags and weight equipment and also provides on site accommodation.

The gym is located in Salaya, on the outskirts of Bangkok in a clean air environment, perfect for getting in top condition, it is located besides a small river perfect for an after training cool down swim. It is situated close to Mahidol university and there are several international style restaurants and coffee shops and internet café’s and traditional style massage places nearby.

The gym is a short taxi ride to the Mall Bangkhae and close to Salaya main line railway station for trains into the centre of Bangkok
